Morning to Midnight is a large-scale abstract artwork painted on natural linen, designed to capture the quiet shifts that happen over the course of a day. Measuring 297 x 102 cm, the elongated format allows the composition to move naturally from one moment to the next, creating a gentle sense of progression across the surface.

The layers build with balance – lighter, more open areas sit alongside deeper, more grounded tones, giving the painting a calm rhythm that unfolds over time. There’s movement and energy, but it’s measured and relaxed, making the piece easy to live with in both open-plan and more intimate spaces.

Created in my Perth studio, this abstract artwork works beautifully above a sofa, bed, or along a hallway wall where its length can be fully appreciated. It brings warmth, colour, and a sense of continuity to a room – a piece that feels considered, steady, and quietly uplifting.
