Refund policy

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art for change of mind.

For Perth Locals: I am happy to visit you in your home or have you visit my Mount Lawley Studio to discuss artwork or try on your wall.

Everywhere else: contact me to discuss your room and what piece or size might suit. Always happy to have a chat. 

Damages and issues

All artworks are packed with care in thick, custom art boxes to keep them safe during transit, but sometimes things happen beyond our control. It’s frustrating for both of us – and we’re here to make it right.

Your package is fully insured, so there’s no need to worry. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me and we can discuss the best way forward, whether it be a refund or another artwork as soon as possible. Here’s what we’ll need from you:

• Photos of the external box
• Shipping label
• Photos showing any damage to the artwork or frame

The more detail, the better! Please email these photos to rebecca.koerting@me.com within 48 hours of receiving the package so I can sort it out for you right away.
