Shipping Policy
Buying original art isn’t like ordering an Amazon package—there are no conveyor belts or robotic arms here! Each piece is carefully packed into a custom art box, not just tossed into a generic parcel. I personally prepare and pack every artwork with the same level of care you’d give to a box of fragile eggs (except these eggs are way more valuable).
Since some of my artworks are displayed in select locations around Perth, it can take a little extra time to collect, prepare, and pack them properly.
All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and most artworks are shipped via courier. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, and another shipping notificationwhen your artwork is on its way.
If you’re in Perth, your order will most likely be hand-delivered—especially for larger artworks. Keep an ear out for a 1970s red Ford ute rumbling through your suburb! I’ll contact you directly to arrange a delivery day and time that suits us both.

Damages & Issues
Every artwork is packed with care in thick, custom art boxes designed to protect it in transit. But sometimes, despite our best efforts, things happen. If your artwork arrives damaged, I promise we’ll sort it out together.
Your package is fully insured, so there’s no need to stress. If there’s any damage, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can work out the best solution—whether that’s a refund or a replacement.
Here’s what I’ll need from you:
📸 Photos of the external box
📦 A clear picture of the shipping label
🖼️ Photos showing any damage to the artwork or frame
The more detail, the better! Please send these images to rebecca.koerting@me.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, and I’ll get onto it right away.
International Shipping
I offer international shipping on all artworks. For pieces larger than 30cm x 30cm, the artwork will be carefully removed from its stretcher bars and shipped in a rolled container for safe and easy transport.

Please note: Some countries may charge import duties and taxes (including VAT) when your order arrives. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility as the customer. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges.
