WILL THE COLOURS LOOK THE SAME AS ON SCREEN?
I photograph each artwork as accurately as possible to represent its true colours. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the lighting in your home.
If you're unsure about a particular colour, please get in touch. I'm always happy to provide additional photographs.
DO ARTWORKS COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY?
Yes! Every original painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
WILL MY ARTWORK FADE OVER TIME?
All my original artworks are created using high-quality, lightfast materials selected for their longevity.
To keep your artwork looking its best, I recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture and extreme temperatures.
With proper care, your artwork can be enjoyed for many years to come.
CAN I CHOOSE A FRAME?
Yes! Depending on the artwork, framing options may include natural Tasmanian oak, walnut coloured, black or white.
Some artworks are also available unframed. The available options are shown on each individual product page.
If you have a particular framing request, please contact me before ordering and I'll see what I can arrange.
IS EACH ORIGINAL ARTWORK ONE OF A KIND?
Absolutely. Every original painting is created by hand and is completely unique.
Selected original artworks may also be reproduced as limited edition prints, with a maximum edition of 50 per image. However, the original painting will always remain one of a kind.
Copyright remains with Rebecca Koerting Studio, including the right to reproduce the artwork.

You can send me a photograph of your space, and I can create a digital mock-up to help you visualise how an artwork might look in your home.
WHEN WILL MY ARTWORK ARRIVE?
Every artwork is handled with care, and delivery times depend on what you've ordered and where it's heading.
LARGE ORIGINAL ARTWORKS | AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Larger original artworks are professionally stretched and framed by my framing partner before being delivered directly to your door.
Rather than travelling through a conventional courier network, these artworks are personally transported by my framing partner, helping ensure they arrive safely.
You'll be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time once your artwork is ready.
LARGE ORIGINAL ARTWORKS | PERTH
For Perth customers, I personally arrange delivery of larger original artworks once they're ready. I'll be in touch to organise a suitable time.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS | AUSTRALIA-WIDE
My limited edition prints are made to order and professionally produced, stretched and framed.
Please allow approximately 2–5 weeks for production. Once your print is ready, delivery will be arranged and you'll be contacted with the relevant details.
SMALL ORIGINAL ARTWORKS | AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Smaller original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped using a trusted courier.
Orders are generally processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive tracking details once your artwork has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International delivery times vary depending on your location, customs processing and the size of the artwork.
Please contact me for an international shipping quote and estimated timeframe before purchasing.
IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
Yes! Shipping is complimentary within Australia.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the artwork's size and destination.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Absolutely!
International shipping is available for original artworks and limited edition prints.
For artworks larger than 30 × 30 cm, canvases are generally removed from their stretcher bars and carefully shipped rolled in a protective tube for safer transport.
They can then be professionally stretched and framed once they arrive.

MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Firstly, I'm so sorry if this has happened.
I take great care with packaging and transportation, but occasionally damage can happen in transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email rebecca.koerting@me.com with your order number and photographs of the artwork, any damage, the external packaging and the shipping label (if applicable).
If possible, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can investigate the issue promptly.
I'll work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The 48-hour request does not limit those rights.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
As a general policy, I don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on original artworks or limited edition prints.
If you're unsure about an artwork before purchasing, please get in touch. I'm always happy to help with additional photographs, sizing advice or a digital mock-up of the artwork in your space.
This policy doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an artwork arrives damaged, faulty or isn't as described, please contact me so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
