WHEN WILL MY ARTWORK ARRIVE?

It depends on where it’s heading!

I process all orders within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and from there, delivery times will vary:

  • Metro areas in Australia: Usually arrives within 7–14 business days

  • Remote areas or WA regional: Allow up to 20 business days

  • International orders: Timing depends on customs and location.

Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, so you can follow its journey.


MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Firstly—I'm really sorry. I take great care with packaging, but on rare occasions, damage can happen in transit.

Don’t worry, your package is fully insured, and I’ll help sort it out as quickly as possible. Here’s what I’ll need from you:

  • A photo of the external box

  • A clear photo of the shipping label

  • Photos showing any damage to the artwork or frame

Please email the images to rebecca.koerting@me.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.


I’VE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, I don’t accept returns or exchanges on original artworks or prints due to change of mind. Each piece is carefully made and packaged, and the logistics of transporting art mean it’s not always simple to send it back.

If you're unsure about a piece before purchasing, feel free to get in touch — I'm happy to help with extra photos or advice.
