PINK EXPRESSIVE ABSTRACT PAINTING

145 x 145cm unframed
147 x 147cm framed

There’s something about this one that just feels special. Forever Wild, Forever in My Heart is a large-scale original abstract painting created on raw natural linen, with a palette that centres around pink—bold, soft, steady, and full of feeling.

Pink is a colour I keep coming back to. It’s often misunderstood as delicate or sweet, but here it holds its own. In this piece, it brings warmth and balance—a sense of openness, playfulness, and quiet strength all at once. The contrast against the texture of the raw linen makes every brushstroke feel considered and alive.

This painting came together slowly, through layers of movement and colour. Some marks are expressive and gestural, others are soft and subtle—echoing the duality behind the title. It’s about the wildness of life and the things that keep us grounded through it. A reminder to hold close what matters most, while still staying open to the unexpected.

Hand-painted in my Perth studio, Forever Wild, Forever in My Heart is a one-of-a-kind Australian abstract artwork made to bring personality and emotion into a space. It works beautifully in bedrooms, living areas, or anywhere you want to create a sense of calm and connection.

Professionally framed in Tasmanian oak and ready to hang (options for other frame colours or unframed available).

If you’re looking for original contemporary art that feels expressive, layered, and full of heart—this could be the piece.
