Blue Hour is inspired by that fleeting time of day when everything feels softer, quieter, and just a little more vivid. Rich cobalt blues weave through soft blush, warm neutrals, dusty mauves, creamy whites, and earthy undertones, creating a palette that feels fresh yet grounded.
