WHEN WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?

It depends on where your item is being shipped to and from. We estimate delivery to most places in Australia between 5 and 10 business days but it can take up to 15 business days to more remote areas and other countries.

When an item is shipped you receive tracking and if you follow the couriers tracking website you will receive a more accurate delivery estimate.

MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT THIS?

This is very rare but can happen from time to time. If your item arrives damaged I can offer a replacement. Please contact me to notify me that your item arrived damaged as soon as you recieve it. Please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.

I'VE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process.
